Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 44(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in adopting Amendment No. 2 (page 3715). Representative Bunde objected. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 44(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in adopting Amendment No. 2?"
